SCFT is a non-profit organization who's mission to "ensure the continuing economic viability of Sonoma County agriculture by instilling an appreciation of ag as a vital part of our community/lifestyle." Among other things they sponsor and produce the Gravenstein Apple Fair and Weekend Along the farm Trails. Dan Gilbert Art Group has designed the Apple Fair posters and products as well as the Farm Trails website and most of its other marketing and advertising materials.
